Using Axolumi

You may use Axolumi for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for information provided through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Practice and entertainment only

Axolumi provides games for cognitive practice and entertainment. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Game results and skill scores should not be interpreted as clinical assessments.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• Use Axolumi in a way that breaks applicable law.
• Disrupt, probe, overload, or bypass the service or its security.
• Copy, resell, or misuse Axolumi content without permission.
• Use automated systems to extract data except where allowed by us.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, or remove features as Axolumi develops. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always remain unchanged.

Intellectual property

Axolumi, Lumi, the visual design, software, and original content are owned by us or used under license. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Account suspension or closure

You may stop using Axolumi at any time. We may restrict or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
